Creative team
Robert Campbell is the founder and director of iT's Magazines. He is the editor of iT's for Teachers and Class Out magazines. He has also created magazines for the University of Salamanca and Richmond Publishing. Since 1996 he has been involved in the design and development of online services. He created the its-online network of sites as well as sites for Richmond Santillana and Marshall Cavendish. Robert has given workshops and presentations at many conferences including TESOL USA, IATEFL, APAC and GRETA.
Robert is also a musician and wrote the music for several of the songs from the Cambridge English Course. You can find out more about his music at www.wordsmusicimages.com.
Lindsay Clandfield is an English teacher, teacher trainer and author based in Spain. He began his teaching career in Canada and has taught at the secondary and tertiary level in Mexico, Spain and the United Kingdom. Lindsay has addressed conferences and trained teachers in over 15 countries. He is the author of coursebooks and online material. His book Dealing with Diffculties (DELTA Publishing, with co-author Luke Prodromou, 2007) won the Ben Warren International House Prize and the Duke of Edinburgh English Speaking Union Highly Recommended Prize in 2007.
Duncan Foord is Director of Teacher Training at OxfordTEFL, Barcelona. He has spent 20 years in ELT, teaching and training teachers in the United Kingdom, France, Spain and the Czech Republic. He has worked around the world as a moderator for Trinity College London. He has contributed articles to various ELT publications, including Onestopenglish.com, iTs for Teachers and HLT Mag, and has presented conference workshops on a range of topics. He is the author of Activities for Teacher Development (DELTA Publishing, 2008).
Gill Holley has been teaching EFL since 1985 and has taught in Italy, Spain, London and New York. She has experience of teaching adults, young learners and business English. She joined International House Barcelona in 1991 as Assistant Director of Studies and became a CELTA trainer in 1994. She has worked on over thirty CELTA courses in Spain, London and New York. She has also given talks on teaching teenagers at conferences in Spain. She began collaborating on iT's Magazines in 1997 and together with Rob Metcalf wrote the Grammar Activity Pack for teenagers. She has since written three workbooks with Rob Metcalf Framework 1, 2 and 4 (Richmond Publishing).
Rob Metcalf is one of the founder members of the writing team for Net Languages, providing multi-level online English courses for general and specific needs. He has written material for general and business English courses and First Certificate practice tests. He is the co-writer of the workbooks for Richmond Santillana's multi-level general English course Framework, as well as being the co-writer of the student book for Framework books 5. Rob is also a teacher at International House, Barcelona, where he has taught classes at all levels, from beginner to post proficiency.
